Once paired, it automatically turns on when you open your car door and connects with your phone; it allows for voice dialing, gives voice prompts and generally makes it easy to adhere to hands-free laws, whether they're of the common sense or the legal sort.

- Automatically turns on when you open your car door and attempts to pair with your phone.

- Downloads your favorite contacts into its memory for easy dialing.

- Requires some button pressing to use. However, it's easy to do and not distracting.

- Provides access to BING 411; a free 411-type service that offers business and personal phone listings.

- Announces the names of incoming calls if they're in your address book.

- If its an unknown contact, the T325 will announce the number.

- Requires you to remember the multi-functions of a few buttons to use properly. For example, to reject an incoming call, press the volume down button. The mute button pulls double-duty as the favorite contacts button. It's also the button you press to transfer a call from the T325 and back to your mobile.
