We erroneously refer to the Peek9 as the Peek Pronto in this video. The Peek Pronto looks identical to the Peek9 but lacks the cellular connectivity and slight hardware improvements of the Peek9. We regret the error.

- Four-line QWERTY keyboard and 2.5-inch QVGA screen, reminiscent of 7000 and previous BlackBerry devices.
- Available in gray, blue and red.
- One-time purchase, two-month contract or month-to-month models available.
- Supports push email and Microsoft Exchange accounts.
- Has a high-pitched whine that is most unpleasant... if you can hear it.
- Does Email and SMS very well.
- Incoming emails are accompanied by a lit blue LED in the top-left corner of the device and a pulsing vibration.
- Interface is not ideal for someone who's dealing with hundreds of messages in a given day... but then again, what is?
- Allows for viewing Facebook updates.
- Allows for posting Facebook and Twitter updates (requires that you add this functionality by using twitter-username@peektwitter.com as the email address.
- Delivers weather.
- Features some helpful keyboard shortcuts.
- Hidden beneath the battery is a SIM card... warranty void if removed.
- All navigation happens via the keyboard and a scroll + click wheel and back button.
