The
Sit Ups
application for Android does exactly what you'd expect a mobile app of such a title might: it prepares you to do sit ups and get better at them. By giving you realistic goals and taking your feedback, the app sets out a plan to reach your targets by incrementally increasing your number of exercises per set.Download this episode now

- Sit Ups for Android helps improve your ability to do sit ups by providing you with realistic goals regardless of your base training level.
- Start by telling the app whether you want to aim to eventually do 100, 150, 200 or 250 sit ups... consecutively. Don't worry, there's no time limit.
- Tell the app how many sit ups you can do in one set and each time you tell the app that you're starting your sit ups, you'll be given a number of sit ups per set, with room to rest in between. Eventually, these numbers will get higher until you are able to reach your goal.
