Sean's Law: it takes about two weeks of use to get past the "this isn't the way Windows does it!" hurdle.
For this demo, I have Windows running in Parallels virtualization, located on a second desktop in Spaces.
Technically your main hard drive is /dev/disk0 but you almost never have to worry about that.
The "Command" key is also known as "the Apple key" or "that key with the squiggle on it".
The green button is helpful when the window resize tool (bottom right hand corner) can't be fit onto the screen at all.

I just noticed in my iTunes that the latest episode (213) has worked with no issues at all. I'm trying to download the problem 212 episode now - perhaps the issues are because I already use macs? (British sarcasm).... well this time it did download - not sure what the issue was!

Have you considered trying to download the quicktime version and adding it to your iTunes library? < http://bit.ly/9hCA2M >. For what it is worth, this episode downloaded fine in to my iTunes library.

Is it just me, or is this episode not working? I subscribe in iTunes and it tries to download, gets nearly to the end, then gives up. No issues with other podcast downloads. I thought I'd try and watch it here on the website, but when clicking play, it goes to the previous mailbag episode.
