While it can't do selective focus and can't shoot video,
the camera on the Palm Pre
is a 3.2 megapixel shooter with a built-in LED flash. It even has a large self-portrait mirror on the back of the screen.Download this episode now
Show Notes
- Find the camera application in the launcher.
- Use the left-hand flash icon to select between auto, on or off modes.
- Hit the green photo button to snap your pic.
- The most recent photo shows up in the bottom-left. Click to launch the photos application.
- In the
- Open the back slider to access the self portrait mirror.
- Photos can be accessed by plugging your Pre into a computer and grabbing pics from the DCIM folder.

- In the photos app, select Preferences & Accounts to choose services you'd like to upload pictures to.
- Tap Add An Account.
