great tip but if you use MPCStar as your player (plays all formats including Flash Video, 3G2 and 3GP) and Format Factory (converts audio and video files again including the 3G2, 3GP and .flv) you'll have all your options covered! it took me 3 years and countless other lesser combinations to get this perfect FREEWARE combo...now i couldn't be without them....:)
