Cooks Source came out a big loser in its efforts to single-handedly change copyright law on the Web... or at least to single-handedly ignore copyright on the Web. The small magazine found itself on the wrong side of an online uprising and has since closed its doors. Jay Goldman explains what went wrong how the company should have responded.
