How do I use the Flip Video

When you first turn on your

initial settings

or access menu. These options include the

time and date settings

as well as the

language settings

. You can get to

access mode on your Flip

to change settings whenever you want by following the steps in this video.

- When you turn on the Flip Ultra HD for the first time, you will enter access mode and see a number of settings. If you ever want to access these settings again, there is a way.

- First turn off your Flip. Now, press the power button, making sure to press and hold the power button down immediately after.

- You will see the Flip enter setup mode. You'll know you're there when it asks you to set your language. Use the up and down buttons to change the setting. Press play to select.

- Next, set the day and time as well as the date.

- You can change whether the Flip will chime when buttons are pressed and even choose to turn off the Flip recording light while recording.

- Press the trash button if you want to abandon your settings without saving changes.

- To do a hard reset, open up the battery component and remove the battery or, if you have an older flip model, find the reset button from within the tripod mount and press it with a thin object.
