- Your email signature can contain information like your name, job title, contact information, favorite quote or just about anything else.

- Open up Gmail, tap the menu, select More then tap Settings. Tap Signature in the menu that follows.

- Now, enter the text that you want to use as your signature in the text box.

- To save time, you can send an email to yourself from a computer and copy and paste your email signature from there.

- To copy, just tap and hold on the signature then drag the beginning and end points to encompass the signature.

- To paste this text, just tap and hold on the text box in the Signature page. Select Paste and you're done.
