Show Notes

- When interacting online, you may find that you want more options for communication than just typing with a keyboard.

- A webcam is a great idea if you need more ways to communicate as most models can capture audio and video.

- Some webcam options include the Logitech Quickcam Orbit AF or the newer, higher-end Microsoft LifeCam.

- For higher quality audio input you might want to look into a microphone or headset like the Logitech ClearChat Wireless USB Headset.

- If you want better audio output, then you'll want to invest in some speakers like the Creative GigaWorks T40 Series II. These are basic stereo speakers that will give you much better sound quality.

- For the surround-sound experience, you'll want to look into a more advanced speaker setup using 5.1 or 7.1 speakers, provided your computer can support them.
