- Your Android smartphone allows you to add widgets to your home screens. These widgets let you see data from your applications at a glance.

- To add a widget, just tap and hold on any blank spot on a home screen. You'll see a menu appear. Tap on Widgets.

- Your available options will vary depending on your phone and on what apps you have installed as some will come with widgets.

- Select a widget that you want to add. You may be given options as to how you want data to be displayed so select whatever appeals to you.

- Once a widget is added to the home screen, you can move it by tapping and holding that widget. Moving it left or right allows you to switch home screens, while moving it to the trash icon below will remove it.
