- Chances are that when you order something online you'll have to have it shipped to you.

- Shipping costs can sometimes be expensive and some eBay sellers and other online retailers will charge more for shipping to make up for a lower purchase price.

- When buying something online, it's best to look at the final cost of something and compare it on other sites to be sure that your final price is the lowest.

- Amazon offers free shipping on lot of items over a certain dollar figure. You may see "free shipping on purchases over $25.00" which is great, especially if you're buying a lot of things that have this same offer.

- If you need an item right away, be prepared to pay for expedited shipping.

- Most websites have a section about their shipping policies so browse the homepage, help and FAQ sections.
