After searching for and finding the movie, music or TV show you want to purchase, you'll want to look at the price. While the cost of individual items is reasonable and largely universal, the price varies between different types of media. You'll also want to keep an eye out for the elusive "free" tag. More on getting free stuff from iTunes in a future episode.

Show Notes

- After you've found what you're looking for, check the price of the selected item in the Price column.

- Click on the arrow beside a search result for more details on the artist or studio. You can find complete seasons or entire albums where available.

- Click on a song in your search results to see the whole album.

- To purchase a single song, click on the Buy Song button.

- Sign in with your Apple or AOL account. If you don't have one, click on Create New Account and follow the steps there.

- Media you're downloading shows up under the Downloads section appears in the Store heading in the left-hand navigation pane.

- To enable others to use the iTunes store, click on Store and choose Create Account from the menu and follow the steps.
