in your meals and recipes. This makes it easy for you to

count calories

and

manage your diet

.

Show Notes

- The Recipe Calculator from SparkPeople.com allows you to easily calculate how many calories are in your recipes.

- Add ingredients one at a time by doing a search and picking them out of a list.

- Indicate how much of the food you are using and select Add Food.

- Once you've finished adding ingredients, click on Close and you'll see your recipe listed.

- Indicate how many servings your recipe will make and then click Calculate Info.

- You'll be given a list of results including detailed nutritional information listed per serving.

- If you sign up for a free account, you'll be able to save your recipes and results so you can look at them later.
