Camera:
- Tap on the Camera icon to launch the still camera app.
- By default, you can find the camera app on the second left homescreen.
- Line up your shot and hit the shutter button to grab a pic.
- Open the pic in the gallery and zoom in or out with the + and - magnifier buttons.
- Go into options > more options to do some basic image editing.
- You can use pinch and zoom finger gestures to create and modify a crop box, for example.
Video:
- Slide the on-screen toggle switch to change between still and video recording modes.
- Hit the red record button to begin recording.
- Hit the button again to stop.
- The video app records video at 720x480px.
- You can do a direct upload of your vid to YouTube if your Google account is associated with YouTube.

Not that I know of. I have the Droid and there's no timer function built-in. If you look in Android Market there are a couple programs that might do what you want. Snap Photo Pro, which sells for 99 cents, has almost a 5 star rating and it lists "timer" and "multi shot" among its features. Another one called PhotoShout will take a picture when you whistle or clap or make a noise. Hope that helps.

is there a way , with android 2.1 , to snap a picture at specified intervals ?
for example take a picture every second or every minute and geotag it.
there was a program thay worked on older versions of nokia maemo for the nit but it apparentlt does not work on newer versions.
