- On your iPhone tap on Settings, then on General, and then on Usage.
- Under Time since the last full charge it will show you how much time has elapsed since your iPhone was fully charged.
- It breaks this down into Usage time and Standby time.
- Under Call Time it will show time for the Current Period.
- It will also show your Lifetime usage.
- Under Cellular Network Data it shows, in megabytes, how much data you've sent and received.
- If you should wish you can tap Reset Statistics to clear these numbers.
