and features and then save them to your Yahoo account so you can easily find them later. You can choose to browse foreclosures in a specific area, all homes for sale and more. You can even

see the education statistics

, unemployment rate and other statistics about the neighborhood!

- Yahoo real estate also has finance and mortgage information for the area where you want to live, neighborhood information that shows you things like the median income, average weather, unemployment rate and education statistics.

- You can view nearby schools, restaurants and shopping centres.

- Realtor.com has tools to help you see how much homes are worth in any neighborhood. Just enter in the location and then choose if you're a buyer or seller, add your name and email address and select the features you desire. A report will be emailed to you in about 15 minutes that will give you tons of neighborhood info!
