FTP transfers with CuteFTP Home

When you need a way to transfer files to or from a Web site, CuteFTP Home has everything you need to get the job done. It also has a lot of extras like a

Podcast Manager, Bookmarks, and even Scheduled Downloads.

Michael "Doctor File Finder" Callahan explores some of the great extras, built right into CuteFTP Home.

- Open CuteFTP Home.

- Click on Tools and then on

Podcast Manager

.

- You can use this to download podcasts that you subscribe to.

- If you select a folder, you can then click Tools and then Bookmark to bookmark that folder.

- You can give each bookmark a name and this makes it easy to quickly return to a particular folder.

- Click File and then move down to Download Advanced.

- If you move across you'll see that you can also do site to site FTP transfer with CuteFTP Home.

- In addition, you can schedule downloads to occur at a time you designate.

- This is a handy feature for transferring large files or for doing a file transfer at the same time each day.
