Whether you're looking to do some research on gardening, want to ask a question about the best dog to have around kids or want to get the community's opinion on just about anything, craigslist doesn't discriminate.

- Under the discussion forums heading, click on the quick list of topics to go straight into the discussion.
- Click on the discussion forums heading itself for a full list of available discussion forums.
- Use the search box to find discussions relating to your query.
- Use the pull-down menus to search specific locations and the specific forum you wish to search.
- When reading a post, you can use the links across the top to reply to the post, email it to a friend, rate it of flag it as inappropriate or nominate it for the best of craigslist.
- If you want to start a post or discussion, use the search to make sure a similar topic doesn't exist already. If the post exists, you can contribute.
