- Go to the Facebook Group for your Extended Family page to create your own Facebook family page

- Under Step 1, enter the name of your group.
- Under Step 2, enter in the names of family members already on Facebook that you'd like to invite into your Facebook family group

- Under Step 3, enter the names and email addresses of non-Facebook using family members who you'd like to invite to join the network and your Facebook family group

- In your Facebook family group
, you can send an email to the entire group, start a family discussion topic
and much more.
- To create a new invite for a private family event on Facebook
, click on Create Events.
- Enter the important details and click on Create Event.
- This is also a great way to plan a surprise party on Facebook
.
- Just like on your Facebook profile page, you can share photos, videos, links and more.
- You can also appoint different family members to different roles, like network administrator, secretary or whatever you like.
