Creating a guest account is a great way to allow visitors to use your computer without giving them access to your personal files, your browsing history, saved passwords and so on. Guests accounts allow your friends to use your computer to do just about everything they might need to do but stops them from making changes to your system.

- Click on the Start menu, go to Settings and choose Control Panel.
- Select User Accounts.
- On the User Accounts page, click on Guest in the bottom-left to enable the Guest account on your PC.
- Select Turn on the Guest account.
- Now, on the Windows XP login screen, you'll see your new Guest account icon.
- Select User Accounts.
- On the User Accounts page, click on Guest in the bottom-left to enable the Guest account on your PC.
- Select Turn on the Guest account.
- Now, on the Windows XP login screen, you'll see your new Guest account icon.
