You can create a new user account in Windows in just a few steps:
- Click on Start, Settings, and click on Control Panel.
- In Control Panel double-click on User Accounts.
- In User Accounts click on Create A New User.
- Give the user a name and click Next.
- Make them either an administrator or a limited user.
- Click Create Account.
