Show Notes

- We start with an empty Loops project.

- You can choose to view the loops pane on the right in a number of different ways. The button that looks like three connected boxes represents column view.

- You can sort the loops by genre, instrument or mood, each with its own categories. You can also view your favorite loops.

- Beside scale, you can choose to sort by scale as well.

- By clicking the music note, you will see your options sorted in a different manner where you can combine options to narrow your search.

- The button to the right of the music note will bring you to podcast effects like jingles, stingers and sound effects, all of which are good for adding finishing touches to a podcast.

- When you add a beat to your timeline, you can drag the beat to wherever you want it to start on the timeline and drag the edge to extend its play.

- While individual sounds may not sound like they would go well together, the only way to know is by experimenting.
