Show Notes
- You can create a guest list complete with addresses and RSVP status so you'll know exactly who's coming to your wedding.
- Click on my guest list. Now you just need to click on add guest and then enter in all of your guests and their spouse or partner's name.
- You can also choose "add more options" and enter in choices like what entree they would like to have.
- You can also import a guest list from your Outlook address-book, a PDA or an Excel spreadsheet if you have one already made.
- You can then click on invitations and enter in their addresses so you'll have everything in one place.
- When you receive responses, you can simply add who's attending. There will be a summary up here showing how many guests are coming.
- You can also go to "seating charts" and add guests to a table number.
- After you add people to the seating chart and update it, you'll see who's sitting where and you can easily switch people by entering in a new table number.
- If you click on a guests name, you can update their information separately and add them to other parts of the wedding that they're invited to such as the engagement party.
- You can also keep track of gifts that people have sent you in the gift log so you'll know who to send thank you cards to.
