that will help you log foods that you eat. MyPlate makes it easy to

track your meals

so that you know what you ate and when. It can also help you

keep track of exercises

so you not only know

how many calories

you ate, but how many you burned as well.

Show Notes

- MyPlate is a free tool offered by LiveStrong.com that you can use to create a diet diary.

- Just enter in items that you have eaten and indicate how much you ate and when.

- Each item that you enter will be added to your plate for the day.

- If you do this consistently, then you'll be able to track your caloric intake.

- Set up an account with your goal weight and you will be told how many calories you've consumed and how many more you have remaining.

- If you click Fitness beside Food, then you can enter activities that will be logged and will free up some calories for your daily diet.
