Hotmail allows you to close all your e-mails with the same information it's called creating a signature. This signature will automatically appear at the bottom of all your e-mails. A good example might be a canned salutation, your contact information, an inspirational quote or a plug for your web site or blog.

Sign up for Windows Live Hotmail
- To access the signature option in Hotmail click on the Options menu located on the right side of the page. Then click on More Options.
- Under the Customize your mail heading you'll find Personal e-mail signature. By clicking that link it will take you to the setup screen for your signature.
- Type your signature in the field provided on the page. You can add color smiley-faces links, or any other important information you wish.
- Then click the Save button to the lower right of the text field.
- If you would like to have your e-mails replied back to another e-mail address click the Reply-to address link beneath the Customize your mail menu.
- Click the button beside Other address and then enter the address you would like to have the reply e-mail sent to. Click Save in the lower right of the page to save changes.
