- Create a new synth in the pattern and choose something that makes a tone.
- Right-click on the channel and choose piano roll.
- Draw chords and notes to add to your beat.
- Click on the keyboard keys to find a root note or tap out a melody.
- In the piano roll, left-click to draw notes and right-click to delete notes.
- Click and drag to move notes or click on the end of a note to change the duration of the note.
- The graphs along the bottom of the piano roll window alter the velocity of the note it represents.
- Use the menu in the
piano roll menu
