Creating your own YouTube channel

Asking friends, family and your adoring public to come to YouTube to see your videos is all well and good. But embedding a video player, complete with a playlist of your favorite or most recent vids is better. We'll run through getting your YouTube videos to display elsewhere, like your blog or personal web site.

- Click on Account in the top-right of the YouTube page and in the drop-down menu, select more...

- To create your own video player, click on Custom Video Players and follow through the simple steps.

- Once you've created your player, click on Generate Code. Copy and paste the resulting string into your web site or blog to embed the video player.
