Show Notes

- Click on Start, then on Settings, then on Taskbar and Start Menu.

- You can lock the taskbar into position so it's immovable.

- If you wish you can "Auto-hide" the taskbar.

- In this state the Taskbar disappears during normal use and reappears when you move the mouse cursor down to where it should be.

- Keeping the Taskbar on top of other windows means you can see it, and access it, all the time. If you uncheck this option the Taskbar can be hidden by open programs.

- The Taskbar can have similar buttons grouped together, or not.

- The Taskbar can hide or display the Quick Launch bar.

- The Taskbar can display the clock, or not.

- The Taskbar can also hide inactive icons and decide whether some should be always hidden or always shown.
