- In the unfortunate case where you need to perform a system recovery on your MacBook Air, it's important to know that there are options available.
- The MacBook Air comes with a recovery USB key rather than a disc.
- Insert the recovery USB key into your MacBook Air and you'll be able to reset your machine back to factory settings.
- If your MacBook Air won't boot properly then you can turn your computer on and hold the option key to get to boot options.
- Select the USB key and it will start the recovery procedure. Follow the steps and your MacBook Air should be as good as new before too long.
