- Open System Preferences by clicking on the Doc icon or by clicking on the Apple menu and selecting System Preferences.

- In System Preferences click on

Expose/Spaces

.

- Click Enable Spaces.

- Note that each "Space" has two monitors.

- If you click on Spaces you see that you have quite a few spaces to pick from.

- How your spaces are arranged will depend on how your physical monitor is placed.

- One way to figure out what space is which is to place a different program in each space.

- Initially it helps to have fewer Spaces configured.

- With a little practice you'll be able to maneuver lots of spaces with your new dual monitor configuration.
