- Go to the App Store on your phone and search for iMovie to download the app.
- Select from the available
- Use the slider to turn theme music on or off.
- Tap the theme you want and tap on Done.
- Tap on the icon with the downward facing arrow to select media (photos, video and audio) from your iPhone.
- Tap the camera button to record a new video.
- Tap on the video you want to edit and it will open up in the iMovie timeline, ready for editing.
- Tap on the video timeline to trim. A yellow box will appear around the timeline. Drag the handles left or right to select your edit point.
- Tap a clip and drag up to remove it from the timeline.
- Hit the insert icon to add another item to the timeline: audio, video or still picture.
- Double tap on a transition icon to fine-time the transition.
- At any time, tap the video camera icon to record a new clip.
- Tap the star to open up menu options like rendering out a final edited movie, sharing your movie and so on.
