Now that we have a few
Google AdWords
campaigns running, we can see what's worked thus far -- what's being seen, what's driving clicks -- and create a new campaign to replicate this success. Using themost successful Google AdWords ads
as a template, host Dave Collins creates a newGoogle AdWords campaign

- Sign into your Google Adwords account
- Click on the Campaigns tab.
- Make sure you are in the All online campaigns.
- Click on New Campaign.
- You can load settings from the first campaign to save time.
- Give the new campaign a meaningful name.
- You can change any of the original settings for the purpose of the new campaign.
- Click save and continue.
- Add the ad group name.
- You can add in new ad information or copy the text from a previous ad.
- Do the same with the keywords.
- Enter your default bid.
- Save the ad group.
- Click on the new campaign.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to Ad delivery, ad rotation, frequency capping.
- Click edit next to Ad rotations.
- Change the default setting to rotate.
- Go into the ad groups for the campaign.
- Click on the Ads tab.
- We've covered how to create new ads in a previous episode.
- To set a specific country or location where the ads are to play click back on the campaign.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to Locations.
- Click edit.
- Uncheck all areas that you do not want the ad to run in.
- You can select or deselect continents as a whole or you can click the plus sign next to each location to pick specific areas you want your campaign to run or not run.
- Click save.
