- While logged in to Facebook go to Account and then click on Privacy Settings.

- Click on View Settings beside Connecting on Facebook.

- This area shows you what kind of information you are sharing with people who are searching for you.

- Set your privacy level for each of these sections as you see fit. Some allow you to customize setting where others allow you to set it to Everyone, Friends of Friends or Friends Only.

- You can also click on Preview My Profile to see what your profile looks like to other users.
