Favorites in Internet Explorer 8
In Internet Explorer 8 the Favorites bar is much more versatile and intuitive than in previous versions of IE. It can serve as the home for Web Slices, RSS Feeds, as well as your Favorite Web sites.

- The
Favorites bar can hold Web Slices, RSS Feeds, and Web pages.
- You can
add a new Favorite quickly by clicking in the Quick Add button that's located on the Favorites bar.
- To add and RSS feed, click on an RSS link and look for the Add icon.
- Verify you want a subscription to the feed, and click OK.
- The RSS feed will now be part of your Favorites.
- You can right-click on a Favorite and a do a number of things:
- Adjust the width by right-clicking on a Favorite and selecting Customize Title Width.
- Choose from Long title, Short title, or Icon.
- Delete, refresh, or refresh all of your favorites.

Internet "history" was kind of a disorganized mass of previously visited URL's. In
