Now that we've entered all of our pertinent information into TaxACT, it's time to file. You can
print and mail your tax return
using the printing wizard in TaxACT or you caneFile your taxes
. We recommend going the latter route; save a tree, save a stamp and save some time. You should print off a copy of your return for your records though.Download this episode now

- You can either file your return electronically or you can print it and mail it.
- If you elect to mail it, you'll go forward and check alerts one last time.
- Save your return by clicking the Save Return button.
- Click on Print Return to print it out.
- On the other hand, you want eFile, you should click that option.
- You have to click that you agree to eFiling.
- When you're ready, just click the button and your tax return is filed.
