#5 Changing your default home page: By default, your home page will be Google.com. To change this, first navigate to the page you want to set as your home page, but keep in mind how data heavy the page is. Now, tap the menu key, tap bookmarks, and tap Add. Tap and hold on the new entry, scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu and select Set as homepage.

#4 Adding a browser shortcut to your home screen: While on your bookmarks page, tap and hold on a bookmarked site. You'll notice an app-style shortcut has been dropped onto your home screen, complete with the site's favicon. Tapping this icon will bring you straight to the page. You can also move this icon around as you would any other shortcut.

#3 Using context menus to share links: Tapping and holding on a link while in the browser will bring up a context menu. You'll have several options here like Open in new window, Bookmark link, etc. Tap Share link. You'll be brought to an extensive list of services that can be used to share the link, including Facebook, Gmail and much more.

#2 The Find on page feature: If you're looking at a site that you'd like to search, you can tap the menu key, then tap More. From the next page, select Find on page. Type into the small search bar that appears at the top of the page to begin searching the page. Tap the arrows left or right to move forward or back. Tap the X when you're finished.

#1 Zooming without pinching: Rather than pinching the screen and accidentally zooming in or out too far, simply double-tap over an area to get a medium zoom on that section of text. It should be displayed at a readable level. Double-tap again to be brought out to full web page view.
