show notes

- You can

download IHeartRadio from the Apple App Store

.

- Once installed open up

IHeartRadio

.

- The main screen presents a number of things to choose from.

- Local Stations, Favorites, All Cities, Featured Stations and more.

- If you select Local Stations it may ask you to use your GPS location.

- It will then bring up a list of stations in your area.

- If you click All Cities it provides a huge list of major cities. Pick a city.

- Pick a city where you used to live. In our example we picked Denver.

- In Denver we find a couple of my favorite stations, so we tag them as Favorites, making them easy to find each time.

- You can also tag songs.

- If you select the Shake It button you can get some real variety in your radio listening.

- Physically shake your iPhone and it will randomly select a city and genre.

- Or, you can click the Shake It button and the lists will spin like a slot machine to pick out city and genre.
