Show Notes

- CardioTrainer is available in the Android Market for free.

- Tap on the icon. At the top tap where it says Indoor/Outdoor. You can select where your workout is taking place

- Tap where it says Walking and you can select from Running/Jogging, Walking, or Team Sports.

- Tap Record Your Workout to track a session.

- This screen will show you steps, distance, speed, calories burned and type of exercise.

- It will also show your minimum, maximum and average speeds.

- At the bottom it display the time and you can tap here to Pause your work out.

- While Paused you can decide to End Workout. Tap this and it will ask if you're sure.

- You can save your workout to your history or discard it.

- The Settings offer a wide range of features.

- You can have music play automatically when you begin your workout.

- You can use Advanced GPS, latitude and longitude and more.

- You can enable Voice Output which is a voice that updates you on your progress.

- You can also send your tracks automatically to the CardioTrainer server.

- You can add workouts manually.
