One of the best ways of limiting what your children are able to do on the Internet or on the computer is to limit their options. This can be done easily by creating a special User Account for each child.

- Open Control Panel by clicking on Start, then Setting, then Control Panel.
- In Control Panel double-click on User Accounts.
- Click on Create new account.
- Give the account a name and click Next.
- When given the choice for account type select Limited so you limit their access to other files and more importantly settings you've set.
- With a Limited account your child can use the files they create, change their password and picture, but they can't change settings.
