- Click on the arrows on either side of a Google Latitude contact to see his or her status and current location.
- Click on View profile for a more detailed look at a Google Latitude contact.
- Click on names in your Friends list to see a contact's current location.
- You can send email or remove a friend in this window.
- In the friends pane, you can set specific rules for sharing location with specific contact.
- Visit google.com/latitude on your mobile phone to use Latitude while away from your computer.

Once you're up and running with Google Latitude you can follow your friends and family on their treks across town or around the globe. You can find friends to meet for a coffee on your PC or on your mobile phone from just about anywhere.
