Watermarks
have long been used to convey special information in documents. Whether it's the fact that the document is not to be copied or that it's top secret, watermarks do the trick. Here's how to add a watermark to a Word document.Download this episode now

- In Word 2007 click on the Page Layout tab.
- Towards the center of the page you'll see the Watermark option.
- There are a number of default watermarks available.
- To use one just click on it.
- Your watermark may not be visible in document view. However, when you print your document, your watermark will show up.
