- In
- On the Insert tab click on SmartArt.
- There's large variety of SmartArt to pick from.
- You can pick from List, Process, Cycles, and more.
- Pick a type, like Cycle, and then select the style you want.
- As you move through them they are previewed on the right.
- When you select one a small text box comes up where you actually enter the text.
- Type in your text and when you're done you have an interesting and colorful item in your document.
