- Keep in mind that your Android phone must be running OS 2.2 code named Froyo.

- Tap on the Android Market icon.

- Now, tap the menu key and then tap Downloads.

- Programs with Update are the ones that need to be updated.

- Tap a program and near the upper-right, you'll note a box you can check to have the program automatically update.

- There's also an Update All button at the bottom of the Downloads screen that you can use to update all programs simultaneously.
