When talking about working with Windows, everyone seems to make reference to the "C drive." But did you know that you can change the drive letter of any drive in Windows, provided it's not already in use? If you'd like to change any of the default drive letters on your computer you can do so in a few, simple steps.

Show Notes

- Click Start, select Settings, and double-click Control Panel.

- In Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools.

- Double-click COmputer Management.

- Click on Disk Management.

- Click the drive you want to change.

- Right-click and select Change Drive Letter and Path.

- Click Change, click the drive letter you want.

- Click Yes.

- Close out the dialogues and you're done.
