Show Notes

- On the Home tab on the Ribbon in

Microsoft Word 2007

look for the four icons that are to the left of the line spacing icon.

- The icon on the left is left justification, the most common type.

- An easy way to remember the icons is that they are placed in the order of what they do.

- Left, Center, Right, and Justify.

- Highlight the text you want to alter and click the appropriate

justification

icon.

- To center all your text click Center.

- If you click Justify, Word will change the spaces between words so that lines fill the page from left to right.

- You can change the justification of a single paragraph or an entire document.
