, most times you'll want your text left justified. However, there are times when you'll want to have it centered, or perhaps right justified, or fully justified between left and right. Here'show to change text alignment and justification in Microsoft Word

- On the Home tab on the Ribbon in
- The icon on the left is left justification, the most common type.
- An easy way to remember the icons is that they are placed in the order of what they do.
- Left, Center, Right, and Justify.
- Highlight the text you want to alter and click the appropriate
- To center all your text click Center.
- If you click Justify, Word will change the spaces between words so that lines fill the page from left to right.
- You can change the justification of a single paragraph or an entire document.
