is by changing your torrent client's port. Sometimes, changing this port canincrease your download speed

- When you do the speed test in uTorrent and it shows green arrows, it means everything is moving through your network correctly.
- If you don't get green arrows or you want to switch to an uncommon port number, you'll need to log in to your router.
- First, pick a port you want to use. In our case, we chose 20000.
- Log in to your router.
- In the router software, go to Port Forwarding and/or Port Triggering.
- Click Add a new service.
- Give it a name. In this case, we used uTorrent.
- Put in 20000 (or the number you selected) as the starting port and the ending port.
- Put in the IP address.
- Click Apply and you're done. The router software should also confirm it.
