Every copy of Windows you've probably ever seen has a Taskbar down at the bottom of the screen. But who says it has to be at the bottom of the screen? You can move the Windows Taskbar and put it where you want it: top, bottom or on either side of your desktop. Here's how.

- Note that if you have Lock the Taskbar checked under Taskbar settings you won't be able to move it.
- Left-click on the Taskbar and hold down the mouse button.
- Now drag the Taskbar to the location you want.
- You can move the Taskbar to the left, right, or to the top of the screen.
- The Taskbar items will be displayed in a new way.
- If you don't like the new location you can move it to a new one.
