- You can access your Preferences on Tumblr by clicking on the Account tab at the top.

- From here, you can change your password and the email address you use to log in to Tumblr.

- You can also change the format that you use to create posts.

- You can use the rich text editor, plain text/HTML or markdown, which you can find more information about by clicking on the question mark beside it.

- From here, you can also change how your Dashboard displays information. You can choose to have it show photos in full size or not and have notifications displayed on your Dashboard.

- There are also Twitter options where you can enter your Twitter username and password and have your Tumblr posts sent to Twitter.

- Click on Save Preferences to finalize.
